All in one day, learn and practice the skills every couple needs for open-hearted communication in this in-person workshop. Choose from two modules:

Couples Intensives
A fast track to disarming protection, de-escalating conflict, and feeling more deeply attuned to self and partner.
Two months of therapy in two days.
There are two pathways to choose from which will be determined at the pre-session visit. Some relationships need attention at the foundation, including de-escalation and communication. Others are ready to tackle key conversations or unresolved relationship issues.
